Shipping & Returns
Customer agrees that the act of placing an order is an inherent agreement with the following shipping and returns policy.
Shipping:
All items are FOB Howell, MI 48843.
All lead times are good faith estimates and may vary due to circumstances within or beyond our control. In no way is Midwest Military Fasteners LLC responsible for any costs incurred for product delay.
For larger or heavier orders, we reserve the right to contact the customer to inquire about truck shipments. This will be done at the sole discretion of Midwest Military Fasteners LLC
Returns:
It is expected that the Customer will inspect incoming product within a reasonable period after receipt. In no case will a claim for return be honored 30 days after shipment.
Any claims of non-conforming product shall be evaluated by Midwest Military Fasteners LLC Quality Control team.
All returns shall be authorized in writing prior to return.
Lot integrity must be maintained. Any lots mixed upon return will not be accepted for return.
Product must be in original, unused condition. Any alterations to product including but not limited to plating, patching, drilling, and machining constitutes final acceptance on the Customer’s behalf and such products are ineligible for return.
If there is a conflict between this policy and the full Terms and Conditions of Midwest Military Fasteners LLC, customer agrees that sole discretion is given to Midwest Military Fasteners LLC.
